Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before your first (or fiftieth) visit.
Do I need ID to buy cannabis?
Yes. By law, you must present valid, government-issued photo ID proving you are 19 years of age or older every time you visit. Accepted ID includes: Manitoba Driver's Licence, Canadian Passport, Permanent Resident Card, or any other government-issued photo ID with your date of birth.
What are your hours?
Both King Street and Sherbrook locations are open Monday–Saturday from 9:30am. Monday–Thursday until 10pm, Friday and Saturday until midnight. King Street Sunday 9:30am–8pm, Sherbrook Sunday 9:30am–9pm. Second Fiddle (Main Street) is open Sunday–Wednesday 9:30am–10pm, Thursday–Saturday 9:30am–11:59pm.
Do I need to pre-order online?
No pre-order required. Walk-ins are always welcome. However, you can browse our full menu online to plan your visit or place an order for in-store pickup.
Is there parking?
Parking varies by location, but Fiddler's Green makes it easy to stop in. Both stores offer convenient metered street parking right out front, with a paid lot beside the King St location. At Sherbrook, guests can also find parking in the Westminster lot just behind the building.
How many products do you carry?
We stock 834+ products across cannabis, accessories, lifestyle goods, and more — sourced from over 200 Canadian brands. Our inventory is updated regularly as new products arrive.
What categories of cannabis do you carry?
We carry Flower (indica, sativa, hybrid), Pre-Rolls, Edibles (gummies, chocolates, beverages), Vapes (510 cartridges, disposables), Concentrates (shatter, wax, rosin), Beverages, Topicals, and Oils & Capsules. We also have a full accessories section and lifestyle apparel.
Do you carry products from local Manitoba growers?
Where available and licensed under Health Canada regulations, yes. We prioritize Canadian producers and try to showcase Manitoba-connected brands whenever possible.
How do I know which strain or product is right for me?
Our staff are trained to help you find exactly what you're looking for. Just ask. Whether you want to relax, be creative, sleep better, or manage pain — we'll walk you through options without pressure or judgment. That's what we're here for.
Do you price-match?
All our prices are set in accordance with Manitoba pricing regulations. Cannabis retail pricing in Manitoba has a set floor. We work hard to offer great value within those constraints.
What is the legal purchase limit?
Under the Cannabis Act, you may possess and purchase up to 30 grams of dried cannabis (or equivalent) per transaction and in public. Equivalency factors apply to non-dried formats (edibles, concentrates, etc.).
Can I pick up an order for someone else?
No. Cannabis sales require in-person age verification. Only the person who placed an order may pick it up, and they must present valid government ID.
Do you offer delivery?
Fiddler's Green offers in-store pickup for online orders, along with two delivery options designed to keep things easy and convenient.
What is Local Neighbourhood Same-Day Delivery?
When the weather turns or stepping outside just isn't in the cards, Fiddler's Green is happy to bring your order to you. Deliveries are completed the same day, though exact timing may vary depending on in-store demand. Delivery is $5 on orders under $50. Orders of $50 or more have the fee waived.
What is Winnipeg Same-Day Delivery?
For those a little further out, Fiddler's Green is still happy to deliver across Winnipeg. It may not be the same as seeing everyone in-store, but it gets your favourites to your door. Delivery is $25, waived on orders over $150. (Some visits are better saved for in-store — our team is still on the clock.)
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). We do not accept personal cheques. Unfortunately, no cash back. As a small local business, we keep minimal cash on hand at our stores for staff safety and security. Because of this, we're unable to offer cash back services.
Can I cancel or change an online order?
Online orders are processed quickly for pickup. If you need to make changes, call the store directly — we'll do our best to adjust your order before it's finalized. Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled.
How long does in-store pickup take?
Most pickup orders are ready within 15–30 minutes during regular hours. You'll get a confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.
Is cannabis safe?
Cannabis affects everyone differently. Health Canada recommends starting low and going slow, especially with edibles which can take 30 minutes to 2 hours to take effect. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery after consuming cannabis. For more information, visit Canada.ca/cannabis.
What does "start low, go slow" mean?
"Start low, go slow" means beginning with a low dose (e.g., 2.5mg THC for edibles) and waiting to feel the full effects before consuming more. This is especially important for new consumers or when trying a new product format.
Can I consume cannabis in your store?
No. Consumption on our premises is not permitted under Manitoba law. Cannabis must be consumed in private residences or in designated public consumption areas where permitted.
What should I do if I overconsume?
If you or someone has consumed too much cannabis: stay calm, drink water, rest in a safe place. Effects are temporary. In Manitoba, call Health Links at 204-788-8200 for non-emergency health advice. Call 911 in an emergency.
